• Open the patient's file.
• Click on "create an event" then on "consultation".

• Perform the consultation by completing the information progressively.
• Finally, save.

Version en Français : 

• Ouvrez le dossier patient.
• Cliquez sur “créer un événement” puis sur “consultation”.

• Effectuer la consultation en complétant au fur et à mesure les informations.
• Enfin enregistrer.
