# What information can I find in the dashboard? / Quelles informations puis-je trouver dans le dashboard ?

English version : 

Firstly, each module has a specific dashboard with information particular to the module.

In the "calendar" tab of the dashboard, for example, you will find an overview of the data collected by MyC such as:

- Distribution of appointments by status: A pie chart showing the percentage of scheduled appointments (To do) compared to those already completed (Done).
- Appointment attendance: A pie chart indicating the percentage of attendance at appointments (100% indicating that all scheduled appointments were honored).
- Distribution of appointments: A line graph showing the number of scheduled, completed, and missed appointments over time.
- Number of appointments (cumulative): A line graph showing the total cumulative number of appointments over time.

In the "outpatient" tab of the dashboard, you will find:

- Medical events by date: A tracking of different types of events (consultations, examinations, follow-ups, procedures) over time.
- Table of medical events: A summary of events by client, including the number of consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Consultations by type: The number of initiated consultations, observations, and follow-ups.
- Examinations by type: The count of different examinations performed, such as tests for malaria or COVID.
- Procedures by type: The types of procedures performed, such as sutures or dressings.
- Consultations by specialty: A pie chart showing the distribution of consultations by medical specialty.
- Work-related incidents: The percentage of work-related incidents compared to non-work-related incidents.
- Reasons for work-related incidents: The different reasons for work incidents, for example, injuries requiring first aid.
- Patient outcome after a consultation: What happened to patients after consultation (return to work, home, expertise, medical evacuation).
- ICD-10: International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, with the number of cases by category.
- Consultations with prescription: The percentage of consultations that resulted in a medication prescription.
- Medical events by priority: An overview of medical events categorized by priority (low, medium, high).

Version en Français : 

Tout d’abord chaque module à un dashboard spécifique avec les informations particulières au module.

Dans l’onglet “calendrier” du dashboard par exemple vous trouverez une vue d’ensemble des données recueillies par MyC telles que : 

- Répartition des rendez-vous par statut : Un graphique en camembert montrant le pourcentage des rendez-vous planifiés (To do) par rapport à ceux déjà réalisés (Fait).
- Présence au rendez-vous : Un camembert indiquant le pourcentage de présence aux rendez-vous (100% indiquant que tous les rendez-vous planifiés ont été honorés).
- Répartition des rendez-vous : Un graphique linéaire présentant le nombre de rendez-vous planifiés, réalisés et les absences sur une chronologie.
- Nombre de rendez-vous (cumulés) : Un graphique linéaire montrant le total cumulé des rendez-vous au fil du temps.

Ensuite dans l’onglet “outpatient” du dashboard vous trouverez : 

- Événements médicaux par date : Un suivi des différents types d'événements (consultations, examens, suivis, actes) au fil du temps.
- Table des événements médicaux : Un récapitulatif des événements par client, y compris le nombre de consultations, d'examens, et d'actes.
- Consultations par type : Le nombre de consultations initialisées, d'observations et de suivis.
- Examens par type : Le décompte des différents examens effectués, tels que des tests de malaria ou de COVID.
- Procédures par type : Les types de procédures réalisées, comme des sutures ou des pansements.
- Consultations par spécialités : Un graphique en secteurs montrant la distribution des consultations par spécialité médicale.
- Incident lié au travail : Le pourcentage d'incidents liés au travail par rapport aux incidents non liés.
- Raisons de l'incident lié au travail : Les différentes raisons d'incidents au travail, par exemple les blessures nécessitant des premiers secours.
- Devenir du patient après une consultation : Ce que sont devenus les patients après consultation (retour au travail, domicile, expertise, évacuation sanitaire).
- CIM-10 : Classification statistique internationale des maladies et problèmes de santé connexes, avec le nombre de cas par catégorie.
- Consultations avec prescription : Le pourcentage de consultations ayant résulté en une prescription médicamenteuse.
- Événements médicaux par priorité : Un aperçu des événements médicaux classés par priorité (faible, moyenne, haute).
