# What are the steps to generate a fitness certificate after a check-up or consultation? / Quelles sont les étapes pour générer un certificat d'aptitude après un check-up ou une consultation ?

English version : 

a) Complete the check-up or consultation: Ensure all necessary tests and exams are conducted, and the results are recorded in the patient's file.

b) Fitness evaluation: Based on the results of the check-up or consultation, assess the patient's fitness to return to work or participate in certain activities.

c) Certificate generation: In the system, once the check-up is completed, click on "validate" then on "fitness certificate". Fill in the required information, such as the date of the examination, the patient's name, and the fitness status.

d) Validation and signature: Validate the entered information and apply the electronic or manual signature, as required by your system or organization.

e) Distribution: Provide the certificate to the patient or send it directly to the concerned party in accordance with established procedures.

1\. Complétez le check-up ou la consultation : Assurez-vous que tous les tests et examens nécessaires sont réalisés et que les résultats sont enregistrés dans le dossier du patient.

2\. Évaluation de l'aptitude : Sur la base des résultats du check-up ou de la consultation, évaluez l'aptitude du patient à reprendre le travail ou à participer à certaines activités.
