English version :
- Open the patient's file.
- Click on "create an event" then on "consultation".
- Perform the consultation by completing the information progressively.
- Finally, save.
Version en Français :
- Ouvrez le dossier patient.
- Cliquez sur “créer un événement” puis sur “consultation”.
- Effectuer la consultation en complétant au fur et à mesure les informations.
- Enfin enregistrer.
